In 2008, the Indian grid was bursting with ambition but short on disciplined execution. We started with one substation and a borrowed crane, and built outwards from there — to wind, then solar, then storage, and now hydrogen and grid-scale flexibility.
Today we engineer, build and operate over 3.4 GW of installed capacity. Our backbone is still the same: fewer than 1% rework rate, 98% on-time delivery, and the same lead engineers staying on a project from feasibility study to second-year O&M.
